The sanitation supervisor will direct and manage all aspects of cleaning and sanitation. This includes managing/training 12-14 sanitation team, developing/modifying SSOP for new and existing equipment, assisting food safety manager during third party/customer audits and partnering with maintenance to improve clean ability of equipment. The ideal candidate must be dynamic, autonomous and structured. The person must be able to manage priorities and to show calm, rigor and control in particular and unforeseen situations. This candidate must demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills. He/she will have the ability to collaborate with multiple stake holders and thrive in a fast pace production environment.
